DO YOU OFFER CONSULTATIONS?
We offer a free initial style consultation with no obligation to book an appointment with us. This allows you to get to know our team, gain some valuable advice and decided whether our salon is the right fit for you.
HOW DO YOU PRICE YOUR SERVICES?
We have a tiered price system where you pay for the level of stylist that you see. A stylists level is determined by their experience, skill, and education.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
Appointments can be scheduled in person, or by calling 978-521-8011. Reservations for your appointment are held with a credit card or gift certificate.
ARE RESERVATIONS NECESSARY?
We highly recommend making reservations in advance, but feel free to call on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE A RESERVATION?
In order to secure your ideal appointment time, please be sure to book your appointment 6-8 weeks in advance. Dates can be changed if necessary. Evenings and weekend appointments are our most popular times and we advice to book at least 2 appointments in advance get the dated and time you’d like!
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
At Teased we require 24-hours notice for cancellation of an appointment. Cancellation within the 24-hour window will result in a 50% charge of your service, and 100% in the event of a “no-show”. If you have a package, one visit will be deducted. Complying with the cancellation policy allows us to accommodate all clients. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding!

We know life can get in the way. If you are running late for your appointment please let us know, we will do our best to accommodate you.
